The service
GullyPG lets paying guest operators run a website, manage beds and residents, bill rent and handle daily operations. You decide how your business uses it; you are responsible for what you enter and for how you treat your residents.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details and your second-step verification device safe. Owners can invite staff and decide what each person can see. Anything done by someone you invited is done on your account.
Your data
Your business records and your residents’ details belong to you. We process them to run the service, keep them separate from every other operator, and let you export them. Resident identity documents are private and every opening of one is logged.
Plans and payments
Plans, limits and prices are shown on the pricing page, and GST is added where it applies. If a payment fails you get a notice and a grace period before limits apply. Existing records are never deleted automatically because of a plan limit.
Ending your account
You can cancel at the end of your billing period. Your data stays available for export for the retention period set for your plan, then it is removed.
